BOOKINGS

These terms below apply to bookings made online. Bookings are available to people who reside in Australia.

FREE CALL

Any changes to bookings, must be made by giving Katie Riddell (KR) no less than 24 hours notice.

PAID IN HOUSE CONSULTATION

The fee must be paid in full before the consultation.

Any changes to bookings, must be made by giving KR no less than 24 hours notice. If you cancel an appointment made online by giving less than 24 hours notice, then only 50% of the fee will be refunded.

KR can cancel or change an appointment by giving you notice. If KR cancels an appointment, then a refund of the appointment fee will be given. By proceeding to payments you agree to the above.

GENERAL

KR can change these terms at any time. KR can cancel or change a booking.
